Vegetarian Pizza

Tonight was a quick and easy meal, I had stuff to do last night as did my wife so we needed to go something quick and simple. One of our favouries quick dishes is Homemade Vegetarian Pizza.
We always use a variety of different things, it's kind of what we can find in the pantry or fridge gets used.
I will share with you as to what they consisted of tonight.
First we start with the base which is usually a wrap bread, we really like the wholemeal Lebanese bread we get from the market. It's a good size and holds its shape when baked in the oven. Plus it is fairly light.
Next we usually use something like a pizza sauce which you can buy from your local supermarket. I like to add some BBQ sauce to it, to give it a sweet taste. It's up to you if you choose to use it.
This is some of the things we put on top of our pizzas:
Baby Spinach Leaves
Roasted Pumpkin (I had some left over from the Risotto)
Cherry Tomatoes
Fetta
Capsicum
Onion
Mushroom
Kalamata Olives
Lite Shredded cheese
I like to also add jalapeno peppers and chili flakes to mine. I like a bit of spice.
Pizza is a good way to use up left overs too, the Baby Spinach that I put on the pizza was the bits I didn't use for the Risotto.
I would normally bake these for about 20 minutes on about 180c.
