Come and get it!

Very much a stay indoors day today, weather was awful, cold and wet.
Danielle and I had plans to go out for dinner,we really love going to a place on Brighton Road called Orientai, its a Thai place and they do the best Choo Chee Prawns.
We decided not to head out in this weather so it was decided I would do the Roasted Pumpkin Pea and Spinach leaf Risotto again.
Danielle loved it so much the first time that she said she would like it again. I started roasting the pumpkin ahead of time which saved time closer to dinner.
Danielle's sister stopped passed and ended up staying for dinner which was fine by me cause there was heaps of Risotto.
She really enjoyed it too which was great to have some feedback from someone else. Danielle even went on to say that it was the best Risotto she had ever tasted. So if you have missed my previous blog post which included the recipe click here.
